Pilot Eddie In Your School This Fall

Evidence-based support for your educators—at scale

District and school leaders are under increasing pressure to improve student outcomes, support educators in adopting AI, and ensure that instructional decisions are grounded in evidence. Of course, none of this comes with added resources.

This fall, we’re inviting a small number of districts and schools to participate in a free 8-week pilot of Eddie, an evidence-based teaching assistant designed specifically for K–12 education.

Eddie helps educators quickly find, understand, and apply the best available research to real classroom challenges.

Give your educators something they truly value: time

Read below to see what we provide and why Eddie might be the right fit for your District or School.

The Details

  • Faster access to trusted evidence
Eddie gives educators instant access to a Research Engine that includes a curated database of more than 400,000 peer-reviewed journal articles, translating research into clear, actionable guidance for instructional, behavioral, and student support decisions.

    Practical, classroom-ready insights
Educators can ask Eddie questions like:

    • What interventions support early literacy development for multilingual learners?

    • What does the evidence say about improving student engagement in middle school?

    • Which behavior supports are effective in Tier 2 settings?

Eddie responds with concise summaries, recommendations, and clear citations, allowing educators and instructional leaders to trace guidance back to the research.

    Evidence-based, standards-aligned instructional materials

Eddie infuses evidence into everything it creates, including high-quality instructional materials. Eddie can be used to create lesson plans, differentiation plans, assessments, rubrics, and more. Each instructional material can be aligned with a specific standard. Everything that Eddie produces includes citations to the research so that educators can trust the output while following the links to learn more.

Support for professional learning and continuous improvement
During the pilot, Eddie can be used to:

    • Strengthen PLC discussions and instructional planning

    • Support MTSS, PBIS, and intervention decision-making

    • Reduce time spent searching for and vetting research and generating instructional materials

    • Build educator confidence in using evidence-based practices

  • Participating districts and schools receive:

    • Individual Eddie Pro Accounts for every educator and designated staff in the building

    • Onboarding and implementation guidance for district or school leaders

    • Usage and engagement insights to understand how Eddie is supporting staff

    • Dedicated support from the Eddie team throughout the pilot

The pilot is designed to fit within existing workflows to improve practices at scale—no new initiatives, no required curriculum changes, and no long-term commitment.

Participating pilot schools will be offered an optional discounted full year license at the conclusion of the pilot.

    • Low risk: The pilot is free and time-limited. There is no obligation to continue using Eddie at the conclusion of the pilot.

    • High relevance: Eddie aligns with evidence-based decision-making guidance from ESSA and state agencies.

    • Immediate value: Educators save time while improving the quality of instructional decisions.

    • Future-ready: Pilot participants help shape the Enterprise version of Eddie, providing critical feedback to refine the features.

  • We are accepting a limited number of districts and schools for Fall 2026 pilots to ensure high-quality implementation and support. The Eddie pilot will include just 5 schools.

If your district or school is looking for a scalable way to put research into practice without adding burden, Eddie may be a strong fit.
